MHYNC are an all-inclusive netball club, offering session for girls from school year 1. Bee Netball sessions introduce youngsters to the game, where girls in school years 1-3 focusing on ball skills, ball handling and some skills, with a whole load of fun. From school year 4, players move into age group sessions, which run weekly for U10, U11, U12, U13, U14, U15 and U16. In addition to these age groups, they run weekly invitational competition squad sessions, with trials at the start of each season. Intermediate Comp Squad supports talented athletes through their performance pathway and the Senior Comp Squad train players up to U16 with a team in the local adult league.  

From U10, teams compete in the local youth leagues, East Midlands regional leagues and a number of national competitions, providing game play for players at all levels.
