About Under 14

At U14, training starts to increase in intensity, skills are honed and game sense becomes second nature. Having spent a year as the youngsters, at U14, our players play as the older bracket in the U14 league at Northampton Junior Netball League. Matches are played on a Sunday at Benham Sports Arena. We encourage and support our pathway players to trial for our competition squads, for county netball places and also for the franchise pathways - specifically Loughborough Lightning. However, we are a club open to all and welcome players of all abilities, those for whom netball is the primary focus and those much more interested playing a plethora of sports in a week. At this age group, we aim to play regional netball in the East Midlands Regional U14 league and enter the East Midlands qualification tournament for National Finals.
