About Bee Year 6

Our U11s have often been playing with us for a couple of years and are at the top of the age category in the Northampton Junior Netball League. We run a number of teams in this age group with multiple matches played in a session at Benham Sports Arena. Matches are on Sunday, usually in the mornings. It’s fast, furious and lots of fun! Players rotate through the positions rather than specialising at this age group.

About Under 12

Our U12s are usually playing netball at school and are enjoying inter-school matches during the week. At training, we start to look at their court position and hone in on the three areas of specialism: attack, defence and mid-court and focus on game sense and match play as well as developing the netball skills of throwing, catching, change of pace, change of direction and transition through court as well as specific shooting skills. This age group play in their own category at the Northampton Junior Netball League. Matches are on a Sunday at Benham Sports Arena.
